14. SPICY AUNTIES

Peppers come in all shapes and colors worldwide.
Besides the fact that they have an added value in taste, they contain a lot of
vitamin C. And as an antioxidant good for the resistance.

An Indo without sambal is like a Dutchman without skating.
From the homegrown red peppers I always make sambal.
So most of the dishes I prepare are usually with a spicy bite.
Husbandlove Hans always likes to be the guinea pig while tasting the dishes, with sweat droplets gleaming on his forehead.
The homemade sambal and spicy dishes are also SO delicious.

Hans loves my sambal and in the month of March he lovingly sows the many pepper seeds in the garden. From July through September, he picks the fresh peppers with a big smile.
They are immediately dried so that the peppers can be used all year round.
