SLOW PAPRIKA's
INGREDIëNTEN
◻Red peppers 4 pcs.
◻Potatoes 4 pcs.
◻Onions (large) 2 pcs.
◻Garlic 4 pcs.
◻Tomatoes 4 pcs.
◻Stock cube 1 piece.
◻︎Pepper 1 tsp.
◻Lombok 1 st.
◻Daun salam 2 pcs (leaves)
◻︎Nutmeg 1 tsp.
◻︎Ketjap manis 4 tbsp.
◻︎Sea salt 1 tsp.
◻︎Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
◻Butter 1 knob
◻Water 125 ml.
TOOLS
◻Slow cooker
◻︎Ladle
◻︎Peeling knife
◻︎Cutting knife
◻Cutting board
Marinade:
◻︎Peel only the outer part of the garlic.
◻︎Peel the potatoes.
◻︎After washing them, cut them into small cubes.
◻︎Pick the red pepper and cut it into strips.
◻︎Put the sliced peppers in a bowl (for the marinade)
◻︎Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
◻Cut the lombok and onions coarsely.
◻Mix the peppers with ◻︎ ketjap manis ◻︎ sea salt (2tl.)
◻︎Leave the marinated paprika until use.
Slow-cooker
◻︎Fill 1st the bottom of the pan with◻︎butter◻︎oil ◻︎water and ◻︎tomatoes.
◻︎Then:◻︎potatoes ◻︎onions ◻︎stock cube ◻︎garlic (whole).
◻︎Pepper ◻︎daun salam and ◻︎nutmeg. ◻Put the lid on the pan.
◻︎Set the slow-cooker to the highest setting.
The dish
◻︎Let everything cook for about 1 hour.
◻Add the marinated peppers. Put the lid on the pan.
◻︎Set the slow cooker to the lowest setting. ◻Slowly stir everything together.
◻Cook for approx 60 minutes.
