INGREDIëNTS
◻Brown beans 500 gr.
◻Onions (large) 2 pcs.
◻Garlic 4 tntjs.
◻Tomatoes 4 pcs.
◻︎Tomato puree 3 tbsp.
◻Red lombok 3 pcs.
◻Sea salt
◻︎Pepper
◻Federated sugar
◻Curry (yellow)
◻Kunjit root (turmeric)
◻︎Coconut cream 500 ml.
◻︎Olive oil 2 tbsp.

TOOLS
◻︎Wajang
◻Ladle
◻Cutting board
◻︎Peeling knife
◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Closeable containers

Brown Beans (raw)
◻Wash the beans first before soaking them overnight (in water). 
◻Before using them, rinse the beans thoroughly.
◻Cook for about 60 minutes.
◻Pour out the liquid and let them cool down well.
◻︎Like brown beans from jar, put it ready for use.

Chopping (fine chopping)
◻︎Unions◻︎Garlic◻︎Tomatoes diced◻︎Lomboks.
◻︎Place everything neatly on the counter for preparation.
Wajang
◻︎Set the fire to middle position◻︎Pan well hot, add oil. 
◻When the oil is hot enough add the tofu. You can hear it sizzling in the pan.
◻Take the tofu out of the pan. Leave the oil in the pan.
Add: ◻︎Unions◻︎Garlic◻︎Tomaten◻︎Tomatenpuree◻︎Lomboks◻︎Sea salt◻Pepper
◻︎Bastard Sugar◻︎Curry (yellow)◻︎Kunjit (turmeric)◻︎Coconut cream.
◻Simmer for about 30 minutes on low heat. Keep stirring now and then.
Add: ◻︎Brown beans ◻︎Ca. 30 minutes simmering at low heat.
◻Finally add the tofu and stir.
◻Simmer for around 15 minutes.
