A10. TRAINING

Sometimes you unknowingly get into a flow in the daily hustle and bustle.
Distributing the energy in the right balance for mind and body can be decisive.
Healthy eating and exercise are important to stay ‘in shape’.
You can eat in many different ways, just like in exercise and relaxation.
I experience golf as relaxation and you move in nature, in the open air.
In this technical sport you can only ‘judge’ yourself, if your strokes go less well.
Sometimes I prefer solo golf to company golf.
Just to unload your thoughts and reset.

Relaxation also applies to me in enjoying the little things.
Listening to music moves me. Guilty pleasure keeps ‘the soul alive’.
The giggles. Going crazy at unexpected moments.
Moments are recordings and sometimes it is nice to capture this in a photo or on a film.
Time is not relevant, that is a broad concept. Only daddy knows the secret.
There is little point in worrying, I prefer to leave that to others.
Now is now, the day unfolds by itself.

You cannot avoid certain obligations. And structure gives peace.
In time limit I try to plan everything as much as possible so that I maintain an overview.
Leisure activities, relaxing with pleasure gives energy.
For me, creative cooking and Martial Art, the loving parts of my life, apply anyway.

I moved the daily training well before lunchtime today.
Leaving the hours behind me and the cup of mint tea, I focus on the training.
At that moment I isolate myself in my own world and move in a sweat.
After every training I feel like a new person.

Training makes you very hungry. I don't have to cook extra for anyone, so for me an easy meal.
In the kitchen, I have everything ready to make the Nasi.
I am so in the mood for NASI MACKEREL JENs style. Simple yet nutritious.
For myself I never make it too spicy otherwise it overpowers the dish.
Better to taste a few bites first, than immediately the flame in the pipe and your tongue numbs.
Less is more and that tastes like more.
