Sometimes you find out (too) late about things that you were not aware of before.
For example, the place where you are going to live.
Living in our village gives 3 big R's: Space, Peace and Relaxed. However, every advantage sometimes also has a disadvantage, such as hay fever.
Pollen is produced by trees, grasses and herbs and floats in the air.
The more pollen, the more hay fever complaints. The hay fever season starts with a peak of tree pollen at the end of winter/beginning of spring, followed by a peak of grass pollen in the summer and a peak of weed pollen in the fall.
It seems like an LP that gets stuck on the record player.
The sneezing and blowing of the nose does not stop. Tissues are in great supply.
Sitting outside early in the morning is the only option for me with the main thing
being to stay positive.
So I am eagerly looking for the Mediterranean climate to get some fresh air in between. One thing leads to another.....
In between the search I prepare a delicious CELIA BONE CHICKEN and enjoy it twice as much, both the cooking and the refreshing prospect.
